The brief

Motivating employees to take part

Stryker commissioned Ciudad Click, through agency IPC, to produce 7 audiovisual pieces designed to encourage its employees to take part in the Great Place to Work contest, the recognition that evaluates a company's culture and work environment.

Ciudad Click took on production of the full campaign, coordinating the different pieces so they would share a consistent message and look: the Great Place to Work Costa Rica 2025 seal, present in every piece. Two distinct formats were produced — short quotes and leadership interviews — presented separately below.

The quotes

Short messages, in the office's real spaces

Four short pieces, filmed in different corners of Stryker's offices: the print area, the desks, the kitchen. Employees from different areas share a short quote on camera inviting their peers to vote, with the Great Place to Work Costa Rica 2025 seal always visible on screen.

The short format and the real setting — not a built set — give these pieces a close, approachable tone, meant to make any employee feel represented.

The settings

Each quote, in a different corner of the office

From the print area to the kitchen, by way of the desks: the four quotes were filmed in real, distinct spaces, so the campaign would visually cover a good part of Stryker's Costa Rica office.

The interviews

Leadership backing the message

The 3 interviews add Stryker's leadership voice to the campaign. Among them, Ana Fallas, Senior Manager of Master Data Management, speaks about the company's culture; other pieces cover topics like professional growth within the organization — "growth can happen in many directions, not just climbing upward, but growing outward, deeper, and across," as heard in one of them.

Having the invitation to participate backed by leadership, not just internal communications, gives the campaign more weight with employees.

The production

Seven pieces, one campaign

Quotes and interviews were produced as a single set: the same filming approach, the same Great Place to Work graphic integrated throughout, and a duration suited to each format — short for the quotes, longer for the interviews. That consistency is what makes 7 distinct pieces read as one campaign, not as loose content.

Impact

Results you can see

7 pieces produced

4 quotes and 3 interviews, delivered as a single campaign with consistent look.

Voices from across the organization

Employees from different areas and leadership members, all on camera.

Conclusion

One campaign, several pieces, one goal

When every piece reinforces the same message — from a 20-second quote to a leadership interview — the invitation to participate lands clearer. And that clarity is what moves more employees to join in.
