The project
Every opening gets one shot
The opening of the new Hyundai/Chevrolet branch in Lindora was a milestone for the brand: a new space, new customers, and a first impression that can't be repeated.
The brief was to capture everything — the protocol, the emotion and the scale — without interfering with the guest experience.
The production
Total presence. Zero interference.
We deployed a multi-camera team with simultaneous coverage on three fronts: main camera for speeches and the ribbon-cutting, detail unit for the showroom and new models, and drone to capture the scale of the event from the air.
Logistics were precise out of necessity: every key moment happens once, with no second take. Complete delivery in under 72 hours, ready to distribute.
The content
Protocol formality and brand warmth
The final recap balanced two distinct needs: the solemnity of the inaugural act — speeches, blessing, officials — and the warmth of the customer experience — real reactions, interaction with the vehicles, the first customers in the showroom.
The result was material that served both post-opening digital campaigns and the brand's corporate archive.

Conclusion
The first day defines the narrative
Inaugural event coverage doesn't document what already happened. It defines how people will remember that it happened.
That's where Ciudad Click makes the difference.
